how to monitor/check the PR Card processing status?

My ECAS changed back to "In process" after "complete." I believe the change is due to CIC is working on my PR Card. Is there any CIC website available or phone # to check the status of PR Card processing status?

Mine went from "Decision Made" to "In Process" and my theory is the same as yours - it means Sydney is working on the card. But I don't know of any way to track its progress. I've just been assuming it will show up a couple months after my landing date.
