You cannot submit two results and want CIC to use BOTH - only 1 result will be accepted.

Therefore, you must retake the test because using either of those results you are ineligible since the minimum score required is a "6"

Bro i have read the following txt from CIC website and i quote

"Sending more than one application does not increase your chances of being accepted for permanent residence. All eligible applications received before January 1st will be considered for processing based on current guidelines. Fees will be charged for each one."

i get the idea they might not extend the dead line . but i wish they do the extension. as many would get benefit. Lets C wot will happen ..

briefly explain what did they say?

How do they calc convert those points for Quebec sw?
Because theirs has just 6 allocated for eng lang.
Thanks

Hi,
I want to know about the trend in granting points.

I got the following score :-
Listening : 8.5
Reading : 8.0
Writing : 6.5 :-\
Speaking : 7.5
Overall : 7.5

If I go to `http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/language/charts.asp`
I see the CLB division by per-section score.
1. Would the CLB applies to me only if I get the same or higher mentioned in the slabs there ? ( Above score is CLB-8)
2. Or I can get score for each section collecting from different CLB sections ? ( L-> 6points(CLB9), R->6 points(CLB9), S -> 6 points(CLB9), W->5points(CLB8))
