What is the process of work visa ? Any one please clarify here.

Im waiting for work visa, now i got message from VFS saying that "Your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office NEW DELHI, on 20/03/2018 to the Canada Visa Application Centre and is ready for collection. To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website

what does mean that ? work visa stamped or TRV ?

Submitted our passports on 12-Mar to SGVO (PA and child) and NDVO (spouse). No update yet.

Yes, just collected our passports from VFS Singapore. Spouse’s passport still waiting from NDVO.

I emailed to Ottawa and Delhi immigration asking if I can submit my passport from within USA but I did not receive a response yet. So, I am travelling to New Delhi tomorrow. Should I fill IRCC webform to let them know so that they do not process my email and send another letter now?

Submitting an IRCC webform might take longer to recieve a response against email.

You can drop them another email stating you will submit in New Delhi.

Usually ottawa team is very fast in responding as I received responses with in 24 hrs.

My husband’s passport is also in NDVO, submitted on 12-Mar with an “Urgent” note from IRCC but still no update. I already got mine from SGVO today. Submitted on the 12th too.

I emailed SGVO on Tuesday and got a reply that our application was already on their Urgent queue, but I think NDVO has not seen that note.

I have submitted my passport on 14th march. VFS track is saying is being processed in NDVO.. CIC status is still on Decision made,, no changes yet...

@iamxty would be great if you can help with timelines of receiving the stamped passports from NDVO. Its been already two weeks for me that i have sent passport and no progress yet.

Sorry if I have to answer your query on another thread as it is more appropriate here.

My husband has not received his passport as well, which he submitted on 12-Mar in VFS Kolkata. I submitted mine in VFS Singapore on the same day but got it back on 23-Mar.

I had emailed SGVO and NDVO since we needed to land on or before 02-June, but only SGVO responded to it. VFS tracking still says if still being processed in NDVO.

I will definitely post any update here. Please post yours too. Good luck.
