Ours is 6th week now....till no response from CIC(we have send mail to them)....Whats the maximum time to get the passport visa stamped....Plz reply if anyone knows about this and how to contact them....we are really worry since its already 2 years which we have applied for PR and now only the passport call received...

I live in Regina, SK. And I received my ppr on last Friday, dec6,13, then I mailed my passport and photos the next day on sat, dec7, I suppose my package wouldn't leave until Monday the dec 9, but until today my tracker shows it hasn't reached Ottawa yet..what the heck? I thought it only took two days!

Zhu, it is normal. It would reach there on Dec 11 (2 business day for national express post) since Dec 7 is not a business day.

"The reason you can’t track the tracking number is that we haven’t sent the passports back yet. They are in the queue to be mailed out in the next few days."

I send my passport to Ottawa ( from Montreal) for PR stamping on 5 dec.2013

Sent it in on November 17, so it is two months on Tuesday, and still no word. Sent an email inquiry but didn't get a reply either.
