Thanks for your input on my issue... just wondering how do we ask Canada post to start an investigation or so ???

When i complained about my case, I told them what's inside the mail and how crucial it is to be delivered to me at the soonest possible time so that's why they to put my case on high priority and also I was demanding an explanation as what went wrong thus made them open an investigation.

I do not want to stress myself too much as long as there are still updates on my tracking. I told myself I will start to really freak out when my tracking says delivered but it's nowhere in the mailbox.

Hey, i sent my passport to Ottawa and received at Ottawa on oct 29 2013. but my tracker got activated at a Montreal postal facility.. i live in Alberta.. i don't know, if that's a glitch on the Canada post website... Anybody having the same issue ??? please help

Just checked our tracker today and it says "in transit" too. And yes it says as well that it is being processed in a Montreal Postal Facility. We do have a rep and it's in Montreal, that's a possible reason why it says it is en route to Montreal postal facility... But i am a bit confused with your situation, cause this happened same day... (Nov10,2013, 1252pm)... Would these be probably glitches in their website? Zero idea!

Anybody with the same experience?

I was also actually thinking of this thought... Would there be any chance that all passports from CPP-O are sent to Montreal Postal Facility beause this is where their sorting facility is? Like in our case, when we sent passports to my husband via FedEx from our country, it didn't go straight to FedEx sorting facility where it is supposed to be delivered. It has initially been to Alaska and US, then to its final destination(husband's place) BC. Not sure about this though. Just a thought! :)

Senior forum-mates who have already received passports back, pls enlighten us here... Were all passports suppose to get en routed to Montreal first before its last destination?

Thanks in advance! Inputs would be greatly appreciated :)
