How long does it take CPP-O to stamp PR visas?

I sent mine on Oct.28 [Fri] and they received it on Oct.22 [Tues]. Still keep tracking my return envelope everyday which makes people crazy!
BTW, I am applying for the TRV.

My Passport was received at Ottawa on 15 Oct. Got it delivered this morning. Hope this helps.

Both our passports were received by CPPO on 17th Oct.
Hopefully we receive them in 5 days time... my guess.

I do not know why they are holding our passports .
People who send their passport 2nd or 3rd week of oct getting their passports back.
I have called to cic call centre and they know nothing like always.
Anyways let you know if I got any update.

My observation:

Normally CPPO hands over the packages to Post office in the evening for shipment.
So if you want to see if the tracker is getting activated for the first time, I suggest you do it after18:30Hrs Eastern time.
(Mine got activated at 18:26) No use in logging in other times to check the status.

I send my passport for visa stamping on October 9 and they received it on October 10. Still Waiting.
