How long does it take CPP-O to stamp PR visas?

CPP-O Received our passports on 3 Sept 2013
Return tracker activated 29 days after they received it
Received Confirmation of permanent residence today!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
Aiming to do landing at Carway ( Alberta). Will post experience when we get back.

Just RPRF is refundable. Other expenses like the application fee is are not returnable.

Ok so here is my story:
Applied June 2012 on the basis of a PNP
CIC updated status online saying they received it Oct 2012
So 15 months to complete in total.
Sent our PP to CPP-O and they received it 3 Sept 2013
Tracker activated 29 days later and we got them back on 4 Oct
Landing at Carway October 5, 2013:
So we headed out to Carway and arrived at 8:40
Stopped at the Canadian side and told them that our letter stated we needed to go to a port of entry to activate our PR status.
The Canadian agent asked us why we drove all the way there since they have processing centres for that in Edmonton and Calgary.
He told us to go to the US side and then return with the letter they will give us.
US side was friendly and took 10 mins to complete
Headed back to Canadian side and presented all our docs ( letter from US, COPR x2 and passports).
The agent explained that their priority is to focus on things that should not be entering Canada and that our paperwork will need to wait if something urgent happens.
Waited for about 25 mins and the agent called us back.
Asked us to sign our forms and welcomed us to Canada. Explained all the terms and conditions and helped us fill out the goods to follow form. The agent also said that he can not fault us for coming there as we were just doing what our letter said and he was pretty friendly about it.
All round quite friendly and helpful and we had a good experience.

I am literally about to chew on my nerve!!! Passport was sent 8 weeks ago and not only the tracker is not activated yet, but they don't even bother replying on my emails... I phoned CIC call center and they said "sorry sir, you need to email CPP office, we do not have access to CPP files" then what the hell you have access to!!! and by the way thanks I didn't know I can email them!!!!... bunch of damn irresponsible people!!!...
Any body knows how I can file an official complain? Is it even worth trying?

I received my pp today from Canada post . Wish you all thr best for all of you .
