How long does it take CPP-O to stamp PR visas?

. I hope mine is next, they received my pp last feb 19 and the only response i got from cpp-ottawa is that my file was added to priority list. Never had confirmation if they actually received my pp. thanks so ms-boparai you give us hope. It is really great news especially to us who are still waiting.

My friends, dont worry they will surely send ur passports within this week or MAX by May end.
Visas have been stamped. Only issue is the outgate process.
Where they print your landing papers and documents.
every paper has a bar code stuff and all those small small detailed things about us and security level checks etc
so I guess those papers are the only thing which takes time because those details come from diff diff departments

I dont understand if they have running late on schedule how people who send there passport after feb and March are getting there passports ?

Dear Friends,

Well just an update....Our PRz were sent on March 28 2013(Reached Ottawa) and got back today with visas stamped which is valid for 2 months...Planning to make landing on Memorial day weekend over Rainbow Bridge....

LET ME KNOW IF ANYONE IS PLANNING TO DO THE LANDING AT THE SAME TIME OF MINE.... WILL BE LOVE TO MEET!!!

Guys.... Have patience....Time will come!!!

Just for me my friend.... No dependents...
but usually they give you atleast 2 months validity.... my GF got her.. she had a validity till sep 2014
a full 1 year

BIG NEWS

I GOT MY passport back on friday @ 7 PM in evening.
Surprise package >>

Tracker never got active.... thou it came through the same express post

Another surprise...
Visa stamp says 26th Feb.... so they got my passport on 18th and stamped me immigrant on 26th feb...
but passport was shipped on 9th May as per the Landing paper print.

So my friends' who are waiting here since Feb

Clear few doubt's

1. Dont think they have not stamped it, they have stamped ur visa ; its only the outgate process which is getting delayed.
2. They aren't doing any more checks.... coz they dont have that much time to do
3. I got an email saying sorry for the delay; due to high volume of files we are running behind schedule.

SO DO NOT WORRY>>>>>> We will get it.

Hang in there, bro. I've heard only one case so far where the passport was returned more than 3 months after passport submission (I think it took 8 months). You'll be PR by end of May.
