Canada house?

Yes Canada House in Trafalgar Square, London. Until recently it was being refurbished and it had on the fourth plinth in the square nearest the embassy, a rather large statue of a big blue cockerel. Something else will be going up there soon. Maybe they should use of one the Moose that adorned Toronto several years ago!

Hi there on the website for me it says decision made on Feb 25 ( meaning SA right ) but I have not yet received a letter or email

Why is it taking so long is there an issue or do I continue to wait :(

Decision made usually means they've decided on the whole application - usually it's good news from what I have read on other posts - if you don't have anything official like a letter or email within 2 weeks of 'decision made' I'd call and ask!

Hey Jonesy

Are we supposed to hear when the applications get to London? It's been almost a month since SA approval. Ecas hasn't changed at all on my end.

Also something I noticed on the spread sheet was that during the months of July and August barely any (5) applications went to London. I know the spread sheet obviously doesn't have true numbers of how many applications were submitted BUT if that was a trend we can potentially see July and August move very very quickly. 2 months out of the way quickly is okay with me.

I have same case application sent to London office Feb 25 --- no response but I heard they would contact the sponsored person next .. since I sponsoring my husband he should be the one hearing in his email when London gets the application

Some people don't even get that email so let's see

London pretty much never gives AOR. Unless you contact them yourselves, the first you will hear from them will be either a request for more documents or approval.

Thank you canuck_in_uk! I will just keep periodically checking then!
