How long after Police Certificate expired would need re-submit?

Hi,

How long normally after Criminal Record(Police Certificate) expired that IRCC would need that re-submit?

My wife worked at Vietnam over 6 months, right now she is back to China and lives at there. No any plans to go back to Vietnam again.

She applied the Vietnam criminal record(Police Certificate) in March 2017 which before she leave Vietnam. We are worried about if the application would not be finished before March 2018 that and the IRCC would request again this certificate.

To apply criminal record(Police Certificate) from Vietnam is very complicated and takes a long time.

We want to know if someone in this type of situation and be able to solve it.

Follow the procedures to apply for a criminal record certificate at the National Centre for Criminal Records.

Hi there
My mom lived in Vietnam more than 6 months because my brother was there with his work permit. Now nobody lives there any friend or relative so really hard to get PCC for mom s permanent immigration in Canada. Is there any way to apply from Canada. I talked to Vietnam embassy but no help

Please will like to know my application got delayed due to covid 19 in the process medical expired, passport expired application is over 22 months paper based. In the process of getting passport and medical renewed, please do i need to get new police report as well The police report is ore than a year with ircc Please answer with proof from ircc or practical example if you have one. Or general answer thanks. My case is similar can anyone help
