How long after confirmation of medical tests and visa fees

Hello my application now at paris embassy as Qoubic investor. I sent my medical tests with reicept of visas fees for me and my family since 21st of November 2016. Can any one tell me how long it take to recieve the visas ? Especialy I informed that medical tests will expire in six months. Thanks
