am from sri lanka, well as i herd, they r verifying our documents and sending to Canada to to see weather we have any terrorist or illegal stuffs on our names.
and that department is giving the feed back to our local embassy, and then if we are ok, will get the PPR. but now days the problem is cz its summer those people are on leave and very less people are handling all our documents, so maby that y we are getting delay.
that's according to my knowledge, but am not that sure..
