Hi Ian,

Thanks for your info. Wow. Didn't know it takes that long to get into ip stage, tried to open the excel sheet for the hk timeline, but it never worked for me. I still haven't received my aor2yet. Guess I will have a long way to go.. Yes. I did send my criminal checks along with my application. I'm a mainlander so China passport. Does it matter what passport I'm holding? Is that gonna speed up the process? Please say yes. Lol.
can you provide your info? I will input it into the sheet!

Sure. But I don't really have exact timeline. Since I passed everything to my lawyer.

App filed March 24. That's what it is showing on my ecas. And the letter they forward me stating my file was transferred to hk was May 28th. That's the only two dates I have. And they requested my sons info June 24th. And my attorney already sent it last week I think. Haven't check with them yet. Now I'm just waiting in the water.

I think you should be able to open the spreadsheet right now!

VO not asked for additional info, then when would they ask for police certificate and the intention of moving back Canada?

I think there are two December applicants are IP now since HW's Ecas shows IP as well, just don't know the exact date. Hope HW can update more details. But on the upside it seems CIC is processing faster!! :D

Just wanted to advise my application has been updated to In Progress as of June 25th!

Excited seeing you guys got IP. I hope mine soon...

congrats! Mine is still "Application Received"!!!

Could everyone please mark on the spreadsheet whether your case is originally a HK case or a BJ case? I know that all cases have been transferred to HK, but it seems that they do not process all cases at the same pace. By also reading other forums, I think now they are processing November/December 2014 HK cases and October 2014 BJ cases.

Hi, I agree with Jessiewil. please update the spreadsheet with passport issue from (column 3 ) so that we can analyze the cases from Taiwan/china/HK cases.

pleaseeee.

Thanks..Ian

But Guangdong in Mainland China, and some others, goes through Hong Kong anyway instead of Beijing. So how will you know the difference between Mainland Beijing and Mainland to Hong Kong cases?

All the cases in Beijing were all transferred to HKVO this March, Beijing VO does not hold any family sponsor applications, therefore there's no difference between BJVO and HKVO, the differences at HKVO is where the applicant from it might make a bit different regardless other types of sponsorship i.e. common-law, dependent, etc.
