Does anyone knows what is the address of Hong Kong VO? In case additional docs need to be sent?

I am a bit concerned as I have been trying to check my application status through the CIC website, but it always says something meaning 'cannot locate my case'.
I have received a letter from CIC by email on March 4th this year that my application is transferred to HK visa office. I am applying as spouse living outside of Canada (my husband is citizen and we got married for 10 years and both have been living together in HK).

I wonder if I am now at what stage? AOR1 or AOR2?

Since that March 4th CIC letter, I have not received any response.
What should I expect as next steps?
Should I contact HK Visa office to check? Is it normal that I cannot trace my application through the CIC website link to 'check my application processing status'?

any help appreciated!

Under the check application status screen (ECAS) are you putting your UCI # with the dash or without? It took me a while to figure out not to put the dash.

Did you try using your husband's UCI# ? I notice in another post you said your husband became Canadian earlier. If he happened to be born in UK try every British possibility for "place of birth" - UK and Colonies, England, Scotland, etc". Mine didn't work until I found that picking the wrong "country" finally worked.

Send them an email first. Then they will tell you what they need and what address to send to. Because I sent them an email about changes on my file. And they responsed back to me a month later and requested what they are looking for and where to mail as well. Hope it works for ya. :)

What was the email address you used?

Do you know how to update my new passport? I got my AOR2, waiting for IP, just renewed my passport. Do I need to let them know?

HKONGIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca

If I were you I will let them know. Because when they are doing the visa stamps they will need your passport. And it won't hurt you even they don't need it. Safe than sorry.

Yep, that's what we intend to do, have to update the background declaration form. What additional documents did they request from you?

Just advise them of your new passport, and then wait for them to advise what needs to be done.

I communicated with HKVO via this link: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=hong%20kong&_ga=1.195396074.790528057.1436896562

I am the sponsor with Canadian passport, should I notify CIC if my passport is renewed?

Nop. Only principal applicant's one is of importance.

I sent an email to CIC about my new passport on Mar 6, 2015 (before received AOR2), and i used my sponsor's UCI number, should I re-sent an email to my VO to advice them my new passport?

I have been reading these forums for a long time and recently my wife just received her passport back along with the COPR letter. I'm posting my timeline below to give an indication of how long it took for us. Hope it gives a clue to those still waiting how long the whole process should take.

I sent my application for sponsorship of my wife at the end of July 2014. My wife already lives in Canada as she is an international student but we still did outbound since processing times were much shorter. In addition we did our medical at this time also.

Received confirmation of approval of sponsor at the end of September 2014.

Beijing Visa Office acknowledged receipt of application at the end of October 2014.

In February 2015, received an email that file was transferred to Hong Kong Visa Office.

On May 27, 2015 eCAS was updated to say In Progress.

In early June 2015, received an email requesting medical even though we did one already and it doesn't expire until end of July 2015. Regardless, re-did the medical and sent it in.

On July 2, 2015 received an email from Hong Kong Visa Office requesting passport.

Sent passport in on July 7, 2015. CIC received passport on July 8, 2015.

Received passport back with COPR letter on July 15, 2015.

So total time was approximately one year from time of submitting application to getting the COPR letter. I think it would have been faster if files weren't transferred to the Hong Kong office. Nevertheless, I'm glad it is almost done. Just need to land now.

I wish everyone the best of luck and receive their approval soon.

I sent my application in mid-Dec. I still not received anything but the letter about transferred to HKVO from Mississauga office after the sponsorship approved at the beginning of March. It's already 7 months, still nothing heard....
