Yes, it was fast before but now very slow..gud luckYours was fast!
It's very sad..but it's not fair bcoz if they need these things, they can asked before when they returned first time..and if possible send original wes report too..My application again returned bcz of 2 ponit

2) biomatric fees

Yes,IRCC may a ask any time till the make final decision on fille .what about minimum 2019 income requirements for employer ? Who already apply in August September 2019 . LICO + caregiver salary ?

As per my Knowledge only ICAS is providing the ECA for GNM nurse, equivalent to Canadian 3 year College/Diploma.but ICAS is taking more than 7 month to process.
