There is no minimum requirement mention for the employer and this is one of the common question asked by many, you just need to be practical here.
Obviously when someone is under LICO they cannot be a successful employer, Whenever I submit application for my clients I make sure that they are over the LICO considering the size of the family.

please am a newbie ,can you tell me the meaning of LICO

1. Does Spouse need to apply for open work permit after getting the visa for the main applicant or spouse can apply along with the main applicant.

2. What are the requirements for employers.

At the time of applay you can include spouse work permit. When I applied it did not include so ircc returned my file.And I recently resend the package and waiting.

Hi. I just processed my own paper, via online more than 3 weeks ago, after I submitted my application they asked me to do my biometric and medical.And now i was asked to submit my police certicate.

Hi, applying for new pilot. I’m bringing my 10yo son along. My employer is my sister in law. All my documents and signed forms are ready to send except that i am confused about the study permit of my son. Do i have to apply It now and send together with my application forms or i have to wait for the visa officer advise?thanks in advance for the reply.
