Did any March 2020 candidate get AOR???

Hello Everyone,
I filed under HCPP in November 2019. Received the AOR (file number) in February.
After that no updates till now. Not even a biometrics request letter.
Has anyone received BIL from India?

even September applicants are waiting for biometric intent letter

is there a way we can know if the 2750 a year quota already met? I am about to submit my application.. should i submit it next year then?

The threshold has been met for hccp 2020. Its on their website but the of home caregiver is yet to reach the cap

Biometrics was done Sept 2019. No significant update since then

Will it affect the application if during the waiting period unfortunately the main applicnt lost the current job and the address change. What should be the process to rectify the issue. The job offer is still valid.

Should the applicant just simply send message to the web platform?

Anyone knows how to go about this? Thank you in advance.

I am September 2019 applicant afterAOR in November, no any update. I sent also medical certificate to IRCC but no response. I m home support worker and my employer’s dad condition is so worse, so they need a person ASAP..but nobody listening ( ircc)

I applied Aug 2019. Aor is Oct. Eligibility pass is Jan2020. That is it.
