HIGH WAGE RATE LMIA PROCESSING TIME BC

I am currently on visitor visa in canada and my noc code is 7237( WELDER ) .I have got employer in BC who will hire me on 28 $ per hour.
Company's immigration lawyer said that LMIA processing time is 10 business days only.

I am wondering is it true on ground level.Please tell me the truth cz i have not got much time to waste since i have only 4 months in my
hands.

High wage LMIAs can be processed in 10 days - however it's also possible for them to take many months. The 10 days is certainly not guaranteed.

$28 is not high wage for BC but is over the median. NOC 7237 is a skilled trade that is considered for 10 day processing though.

$41.63 and over is considered in the top 10% of wages in BC and would qualify for 10 day processing.
