Hi guys, I'm new to this forum but my case is just one step close to be rejected at this moment, I really need some help.

On Friday I received new message notice from my cic online account and its from a case officer. In the letter it says additional info/doc required before making a final decision and "plz reply to the email directly in 30 days and put application # in subject line with doc attached."

The last part is where I'm having trouble with. Since it was sent to my cic account not a email directly to my email address, I can't reply to it because there is no Sender account. I went into the submitted documents page and of course there is no where for me to submit additional doc either.

Is there anyway I can find out where to reply? Will they send me email directly later? I really need some help here

not sure what your situations are , but you can upload a letter of explanation regarding your matter and it will be automatically received by your case officer. you can explain in the letter about your genuine situation and wait for their respond

Where can I go to upload the letter? Through my Cic online account? Cuz I cannot find any link there. Or case specific enquiry?

You could use the CSE. Upload the document that they want together with an explanation of the situation. I don't remember if it allows you to mark the request as urgent, but if yes, do that, too. Good luck!

Yes I'm definitely will use CSE to upload the files since it's like the only option I have. But I'm just hope I can find a way to reply the email directly

Hmmm... do you know your VO? You could try the VO address, I guess. Or maybe just email CPC-Ottawa and explain your situation, maybe they'll be able to help. Make sure to put your UCI/EE application number in the subject line.

I agree with Ellia, you can try sending it to the CPC-Ottawa email address, and perhaps you can also attach the original request letter and explain your situation.
