HEC verification and O and A level verification for WES

hi everyone

i want to ask for WES evaluation procedure

i want to know that i have sent my degree and transcript for HEC verification
but tell me how to get it in sealed envelope from HEC in order to send it to WES ?

secondly i have done O and A levels so how to send those degrees to WES ?

For practical reasons activities for attestation in Pakistan proceeds in following manner ;

Firstly, get all the photocopies attested as per requirement (IBCC, HEC, Non-University higher education)
Secondly, get the WES form signed and stamped by respective attesting authority
Thirdly, buy the envelop yourself, put all documents in and close it in front of them
Fourthly, get the envelop sealed by them
Finally, courier to WES by yourself
