HEC ATTESTATION IN KARACHI ALSO OR IN ISLAMABAD ONLY?

IT IS NECESSARY THAT I HAVE TO GO PERSONALLY HEC FOR ATTESTATION OR I CAN SEND MY FRIEND WITH AUTHORITY LETTER FOR ATTESTATION

not necessary. u can send ur friend with authority letter and cnic of both.

Please call their helpline number 051-90400000 to ask this question so that your friend's effort does not go wasted. As far as I know, it can be done through by yourself, by OCS courier company or by someone who have blood relation with you i.e. parents, bro, sis etc

When I visited HEC, I had seen there people coming from Karachi just for this purpose. If a friend could have done this then why they have come all the way from Karachi?

So better to ask them before you plan.

when i called hec, they confirmed that you can send anybody (friend/blood relative etc) along with an authority letter and necessary dox for proving his identity like cnic etc. they will attest it.
people who are flying from khi must not have any friend living in isb thats y they have no other option except to fly to isb themselves.
Alas everybody is suffering from hec operations realy unless u have any contact there etc.
