Same, not able to log in since last Thusday, keep getting internal server error 500 after login using GCkey and click continue.

I am still getting the error 500 on my actual GCKey account. I see the same when I use the test accounts I created; the ones that had the same error 500 still have it.

I am a bit though surprised that some users reported here that it is now working but slow. This is really frustrating now. I have messages stuck which might be time sensitive. This is the peak of irresponsibility. And for sure they are going to penalize people like me for missing their deadlines later.

ECAS has been working almost normally the last 90 minutes, while MyCIC has been really sluggish (but I was able to access it anyway once or twice).
 
Did everyone clear their browser cache? Try a different browser (also with a cleared cache)?
 
I used different browsers with clear cache.

@profiler do u still see the error 500 or not anymore?

I can't say I ever got any at all. My wife waited almost 3 minutes for the page to initially load. Once loaded SecureKey Concierge logged her in fast and nothing has changed on her case.

Thanks Profiler. Cleared the cache and then tried signing onto IRCC website again and got the same error but at least my cache is cleared now. ;D

That was a CIC suggestion. I personally thing they need to look closer at the data rows (logins) causing 500's. There is something in the login process that is causing a processing error (which results in 500). So you may want to report it.

The quick and universal way that works in all browsers (at least in chrome and firefox for sure) : Press crtl+shift+del and check or uncheck everything you need - cache, images, cookies, history
