I don't get it though did you apply for Outland? A lot of people apply Outland even if they are in Canada physically because it's a lot shorter. And then if they get called for an interview they have to return to Cuba or wherever for the actual interview.

yes i applied outland Since I live in the USA(miami) but CIC sent wrongly my app to Cuba(which is where I dont live) now the fight starts to get that app back to Ottawa where it has to be processed, not in the judging office in Havana.

You need to call CIC or the sponsor's MP and have them call

already called cic,,,nothing done,,,guess will onvolve the mp
it would be really funny if they asked me to go for an interview in havana what the hell would they ask me,,,or on what nerves would they even interview me...

May I ask if you have a USA passport or a Cuban passport? If you have a USA passport make sure you advise the MP of it. The USA is a visa exempt country as you are most likely aware.

I have a cuban passport BUT I have a GREEN CARD which makes me visa exempt,,I come and go to canada as I please because of this(right now im in canada). and even acording to the SA received it says ""The visa office was chosen in function of the domicile address of the member of your family'' my address is in the USA not in Cuba since, I dont live there.

I suggest your sponsor contacts their MP and have them assist you they have a better way to deal with CIC Good Luck.

does anybody know whos the Mp for quebec?
and out of curiosity, what the processing time nowdays for havana?

You will need to do a Google search for the area you live in Que for the MP and the time for Cuba is now 10 months after the app is sent to Havana. By the way as you most likely know Cuba only recognizes Cuban passports not dule citizenship.

for what i can see on the havana post most people never wait the 10 months,,btw,,cuba doesnt recognizes dual citizenship but i have no idea what does this has to do with anything(yes i know this i come from there remember?) but it doesnt concern cic
