Has your family composition changed since our last correspondence?

Just received the email from immigration telling me to email them if my family composition has changed and to make my RPRF payment.

Silly question, but should I actually email them to confirm that there are no changes in my family, address, etc.?

My family had not changed so I did not email them any reply. Just paid my RPRF

try to take it as simple as possible. No changes, no confirmation email.
