What is your AOR and are you inland. When did your previous medical expire

I applied for my PR on May 2020. I had a medical done on June 2019. So I used that one for my PR application. Now they are asking again, I guess because my old medical expired.

Hey, Is this means My PR is approved? I am confused. I got the confirmation in my email, but the cic account still shows that my background check is still on processing. I already submitted the requested informations, waiting for a reply from IRCC.
