Lets create a thread for Oath Timeline after test at Hamilton Office.

Lets see how fast or late we are getting the Oath date after your test.




My case:

Application Received: 4-November 2014
Processing started: 3-March 2015
Citizenship test: 13-July 2015 @ Hamilton
Oath: ??
Local Office is Hamilton

Citizenship test: 11-Jun 2015 @ Hamilton

My wife took her Citizenship test on 23/07/15 and now the application status says Decision Made. How long will it take for the Oath invitation after a Decision is made ?. Following is the chain of events for our application.

We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on December 8, 2014.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 17, 2015.
We started processing your application on April 8, 2015.
We sent you correspondence on June 2, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
We sent you a notice on July 3, 2015 to appear and write the citizenship test on July 23, 2015 at 8:15 AM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.
 
Great. I think your oath invitation will come soon.

The newest oath days are: July 28, 2015 and August 04, 2015

I think we need to wait for 1-2 month. I got the test passed on July 13. No oath info yet.

2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on January 7, 2015.
3. We started processing your application on January 20, 2015.
4. We sent you a notice on June 17, 2015 to appear and write the citizenship test on July 13, 2015 at 1:05 PM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.

The Immigration Officer mentioned that the oath should be within 6 weeks from the test date.

FYI...the delay between receiving the application and acknowledging the receipt (points 1 and 2) was due my error where I did not put the names of applicants on the reverse of the photos causing the application to be sent back to me for completion, resulting in approximately 4 months delay.

Oh my god. We have the same test location and time!!! That is very good. I will keep you posted if I get the oath letter.
 
I Received my oath letter today by Mail was issued on July 30, scheduled on 18 Aug Hamilton office.

You took the test on 11-Jun 2015, so, it is about 2 months and 1 week. Good for you!!!
