JOB PROFILE: Store Keeper/Supervisor.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To lead the team for effective management of store operation in receiving, inspection, storage, issuance & transfer of items as per company policy. Taking physical inventory once a month to cross check with the monthly inventory report. To ensure indents are raised & proper documentation is completed on a timely basis for requisition of items. Responsible for store keeping, documentation & record keeping. Proper goods distribution/supply chain maintain and follow up. Goods delivery schedule maintain according to delivery order qty.
However, attached to this mail is Contract Agreement Letter, which you are to print, sign and return to us immediately for other official protocols if you accept the conditions. You must know that we have few weeks of enrollment in our Company with all the legal formalities being completed including the Visa and Ticket processing period. The Company has provided a free accommodation that befits family size not exceeding 5 occupants in its housing estate for its employee. This means that you are not providing any accommodation for yourself throughout the period you are working with us and all contracts are meant to last for a Span of 36 months (3 years), and liable to upward review on expiration of the contract engagements.
The Company shall provide Air Ticket and Visa for you to come here from your country and if you agree with this employment schedules, and ready to relocate and to work with us, print out this contract agreement and sign it after reading and send it back to us for office use. Nevertheless, having read and accepted the norms and ethics of this Company/Contract Agreement, you are requested to send a scan copy of your international passport as proof of readiness to join this company alongside with acceptance of this contract for proper documentation. Your passport will help us to prepare the documents that will be sent to the Canada Embassy in your Country for your visa application forms to be processed. The Richennon Rice Mill shall send all your essential documents and appoint a Canada Immigration Attorney to assist you in getting entry clearance to Canada. The company traveling policy entails that we shall bear the cost of securing your entry clearance Immigration Visa Fee and (AIR TICKET) Only. And do make sure that you did not turn down our company after the visa processing is completed.
