Yes, she can go to Interview on visitor visa if she is able to get the slot as required. There is no requirement for that. Many H1s and H4s from USA go to Canada for visa stamping with a Canadian Visitor visa only. So thats all normal.

Did anyone in this group used alternate Postal/courier services like FedEx /UPS/DHL to drop the documents within Canada ? AIS stopped using Canada post from May 5 due to incoming possible strike.
