Sorry, I don’t think that’s how it works. The processing time shown at the time you apply is what generally applies to your application. Since processing times keep changing, the new timelines don’t usually affect applications that were already submitted.
If the current processing time is 23 months, then you have to go by 23 months from the day that you submitted your application. Seeing as how most of these cases just seem to be international students from sham colleges with not enough points, their applications are the lowest priority and will likely take 23 months to process.

No, I'm still waiting, and what is stressing me the most right now is my kids. I'm very worried about how to pay their tuition fees. My eldest is studying law at university, and the second one is studying cybersecurity at college

I've been waiting since November 2022, and this is my second application. The first one was refused in August 2022 after 15 months.
Will they have to pay international student tuition fees?

Guys i want to asked you that my old lawyer who did H&C he did not prepare my submission very well its missing. That's why i got refused
but they are some merits to it other lawyers saying. So i need advice should i go for federal or new H&C.
I didn't given PRRA yet what will be my first move.
The Lawyer saying you can do both Federal judicial review and New H&C.
but its costing me to much i am stuck confused.
did any body gone with this and what will be the best course of action.
advised.

Guys, I know H&C applications are lengthy, but what is the good, or average amount of words you can say that is considered detailed enough? I know it's very weird question and it all depends on the context buy anyway.

In my specific case, I got around 5600+ words in my entire application (not including info in IMM5283)

I had to answer 7,8,11,12,03 questions from IMM5283, and to each of these questions (except 12), I attached pdf document with detailed explanation. And my application had in total around 5600+ words. After submitting I think it is very short and kinda scared. Can anyone, or even someone who got AIP share how long their application was?
