"Also, you based your judgment on a single comment, where I only revealed a part of my arguments concerning my establishment in Canada. You took that as an opportunity to judge me, even though I didn’t mention anything about the arguments related to hardship and the best interests of the child, which, in many h&c cases, carry even more weight than establishment factors."

Yet the only reason you and your children have any sort of opportunity for H&C is due to you capitalizing on a flawed system (and frankly, that's not a fault I can criticize), utilizing the time as "establishment and best interest". As I said, just another Hail Mary. Poor legislation isn't your fault, but that doesn't mean it's right to abuse it given H&C has lost its "exceptional circumstance" meaning and is now just another flawed program. And that's on you and others who look at it as just a means to exploit because you pay taxes, or volunteer or make cookies for the school bake sale.....most people do. Nothing special there to extol.

Guys, I know H&C applications are lengthy, but what is the good, or average amount of words you can say that is considered detailed enough? I know it's very weird question and it all depends on the context buy anyway.

In my specific case, I got around 5600+ words in my entire application (not including info in IMM5283)

I had to answer 7,8,11,12,03 questions from IMM5283, and to each of these questions (except 12), I attached pdf document with detailed explanation. And my application had in total around 5600+ words. After submitting I think it is very short and kinda scared. Can anyone, or even someone who got AIP share how long their application was?

Once again, you have the audacity to judge me when you know nothing about my life or my children’s lives. That only shows a closed mindset and a clear bitterness toward this type of application, which you're trying hard to discredit.

Do you know what I’ve been through, or what my children have gone through? Your comment is useless. Instead of judging people without any facts or proof, focus on real issueseither in your own life or in Canadian sociéty and politics. I assume those things matter to you. Focus on the Canadian economy, Indigenous rights, the marginalization of the Francophonie, the country's dependency on the US, uncivilezed so-called skilled workers who don’t want to integrate, immigration document fraude, abused sponsored women, or the people who have been Canadian citizens or permanent residents for years but still work under the table and rely on social assistance.

Put your energy into those real problèms instead of writing comments like this one, which is based entirely on your imagination. You think I’m one of those desperate temporary residents with a work permit who couldn’t get permanent residency and applied for H&C out of frustration, spending time hugging seniors or helping kids with homework just to make a case (That doesn’t mean I’m against the idea of making it easier for this type of skilled workers to get permanent residency they deserve it more than those who come from abroad with no intention of integrating)
But you're wrong, that’s not my story at all. And I don’t owe you any explanation or need to reveal my personal reasons or what my family has lived through here.
