I'm also having an issue with the automated telephone service IRCC.
Previously, when I called, the system would say "background is in process" before transferring me to a customer specialist. Now, it doesn't say anything — it just transfers me directly. After that, I’m left waiting, but no one answers. I eventually have to hang up.
Can you please let me know what this means, and if this has happened before?

Apart from blatant racism, I don't mind much tbh. Focus this energy on building your life. Seek dignity, integrity, etc as opposed to hate and bigotry. You know I'll mute you (others will do the same as well) and will move on. You'll end up wasting your time and energy in a vacuum.
