In that case you are out of status and a TRP will not give you implied status. You would only have implied status if you had submitted the TRP application before your last visa expired.

However this doesn't mean that CBSA will automatically remove you if you don't leave yourself. You can certainly still submit the TRP application, remain in Canada without status and hope for approval before CBSA forces you to leave. It might still work out.

CBSA can deport you once your departure order turns into a deportation order (i.e. after 30 days). However I don't believe they are actively doing this right now due to COVID-19.
its not a departure order its a voluntary departure form, they said that if i will not leave they will give me a departure order

Trusting lawyers is fine.

The call centre cannot be trusted to answer complex question. We see them give out wrong answers regularly. They should only be trusted with extremely basic questions.
Call centers they don’t have answers for anything good. I would never tell anyone to trust call center but as what per she thinks !!! As myself I never got any straight answers for questions from them.
