Yes I know, they already give him 30 days to submit after the first letter but at the middle they sent another one which is the weird part probably some error occurred from their side.

Would submit another request. Unsure why but some request aren’t fulfilled. That said not sure what additional information you will get from ATIP notes. Your application is in a queue and will take up to years to get PR from AIP. ATIP notes won’t tell you how long you’ll be waiting or how many people are ahead of you.
