Got PPR but no response from CPC ottawa (applicant outside canada)

Hey Guys,

Sorry if this has been asked before. I received PPR on July 30th and I emailed CPC ottawa to change visa office as Im outside canada (Singapore) It has been almost 3 weeks now and there is no reply from them. Tried sending a fax but the fax wouldnt go through either. May I know what is the best way to contact CIC regarding this? Please advise. Thanks alot
 
Seems they said 20 working days, you should receive a response before the week runs out latest next week. You are just on day 12. Patience and Congratulations on your PPR
 
They will give you an extension for sure - could be 15-30 days.

Hi there, ive just emailed CPC ottawa asking the same question a few hours back. I'm not sure whether i should be sending my documents to the SG visa office (where i'm located) or the Ottawa one. Can you let me know when you hear back from them? Thanks so much!
 
Those applying in Singapore (VFS i assume?), any idea how long it takes for the passport to be returned? Lots of other travel planned & hence this info would be useful to plan things around

You didn't receive any update? Don't give me heart attack.
I'm also awaiting but its been a week unlike yours. Hope to hear good news.
 
after two weeks they replied saying log a case specific enquiry. I did that and then no news after. It has been an additional 2 weeks now.

Just now i received letter in My CIC asking to submit passport in New Delhi office after my VO change request to me at UK and spouse in New Delhi. Will i receive another letter too for my Visa Office change to UK ?
 
I have not. received any letter in MyCiC but i got below email. So I have to contact ottawa again!?

Please be advised that your extension has been granted to submit your passport. Please send an e-mail to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca when you send the passport in October
