GNDU (Guru Nanak Dev University) ECA WES query

Hello everyone can anybody tell me the steps to follow for Wes from GNDU.

I have only given name as Devika on passport as well as on certificates and don’t have any middle and surname but wes registration need last name (surname so what should I need to fill there, because it’s a mandatory field ?

Can anyone help me to know what is forwarding letter which GNDU mentiones to send in PDF along with the documents that needs to be attested and have transcripts .

Even i want to knw about this forwarding letter. If you know please lete know as well
