How and where can I see gcms notes. Sorry I have no idea about gcms
You need to order it, it takes around 30 days to get it but it tells you exactly what is going on. Read the link below to know more about it

How did it go?

We called cic now they said ur eligibility is not met but when we asked is there any review required they said no it is under process wait for final decision

Your situation is just exactly as mine, except I called to know first and then got email from Ralph Goodale to confirm this sad news. The call agents kept saying “this is not a final decision yet”, which kept me alive for the past 3 weeks. I suggest you to make another set of notes and go through all stuff you submitted at first time detailedly. If you found anything fishy, you would probably think about submitting any LOE or additional docs to support your application via webform.

Yes correct, i am also in same situation so uploaded reference letter and loe through webform after going through my application and did not wait for the gcms to come. Even received gcms but it has hidden information which means there is nothing mentioned about eligibilty. Hoping that the case officer review the new docs and clear my eligibility.

What do you mean hidden information? What's the point of GCMS if you can't see what needs to be seen..

Thats what i also got to know, they cannot disclose any information that was obtained or prepared in the course of their investigation.

Thank you for sharing this. By “obtained or prepared in the course of their investigation”, do you get to know this from notes or by calling agents?

I’m confused, and I guessed you meant that you had already get your notes and there was nothing explained about “eligibility not met” but only showed this “not met” status in the notes?

I got to know 'eligibility not met' by calling ircc and mailing goodale. I received gcms later and there was no information about eligibility, enquired this with immigration_guru and he told about hidden info.

Having submitted additional documentation, I wonder if these officers will ever look at a file again when it's in this status or just sit on it...

This is all on your luck, i saw 1 case where the person submitted cse on may 15th and got ppr on 2nd July.
Wishing everyone best of luck so that their files can be picked asap.

OMG!!! This is so unfair, like they don’t even give any explanation. I wish the issue can be fixed by what you handed in later!!!

After digging so hard to figure out any cases similar to mine, I found that there were 9 cases which applicants’ eligibility not met, proactively submitted additional docs and then got ppr in the end. This kept me alive, otherwise I don’t know what should I do and can’t eat or sleep at all...

7 of their timeframes from submitting docs to their PPR: 4 days, 20 days, 1 month, 2 months (2 ppl), 3 months, 5 months...
