Alright, IRCC agents sent first reminder to Scarborough CitOps office notifying them that 15 months have passed.

They said that now the office has 60 days to process your application, until the second reminder.

Hopefully something soon.

Well finally more progress - receive email ecertificate download instructions on 14 Feb. Today 15 Feb Oath marked in progress on tracker and Oath invite email received. Oath finally scheduled for 27 Feb. Please see timeline in updated signature. Best

GUYS, I'M SO FLOORED RIGHT NOW I'M SPEECHLESS. I WAS NOT PREPARED FOR THIS WHEN LOGGING INTO MY TRACKER.
LPP completed (marked as Feb 12), but shown up on Feb 14 without prior ghost update.
AOR mid June 2023. BG and test completed end of July 2023. No update since then until today.

lol if that's true then get a move on!

Part if it is probably because there were no express entry PRs entering Canada from abroad in 2020-2021, or at least much fewer. Which should be good for people waiting, I guess.

LPP completed January 8th. I am also in Ottawa
