Not to be a non-downer, but RC-8090 seems just to refer to the Sydney processing centre - where I believe every single citizenship app is also referred to. So as far as I can tell, having RC-8090 listed as one of the offices means ... precisely nothing. Fast files will see it, so will slow ones.Not trying to be a downer, but RC-8090 can be really bad news and highly likely you are not looking at months to get an approval....heck, I am almost 3 years into this thing and I still don't know when will this end
