Try calling them too, to understand what's the hold up. You should atleast have got your test done by now.
Closing in on 14 months end of January. Still have some hope left....
I followed some applicant who got E-grant DF, their LPP completed a few weeks after that. Most probably DF means decision finalized. Hope you see update soon, GL.

A few months ago there was a news article that stated that they have 65% more workers than what they need to process the backlog. But it seems that their organization is not that great, so they cannot direct their employees efficiently. I guess there must be major incompetence at some of their management levels.
Government services are often not much fun to deal with, but in my almost 6 years here IRCC has been the most dysfunctional one that I encountered.
You are close to done, why are you posting here when everyone else is stuck in the mud?
