GCMS NOTES WELL EXPLAINED HAS NEVER BEFORE UNTIL NOW

Hello Guys,
I have received second set of Caips Notes today.

Eligibility: Passed
Medical: Passed-Expired
Criminality: Passed
Security: Its still blank (On right top corner I see S.15(1) That means conditional passed or security has done?

Paper File: Active shelf PR (What does it mean?

Notes 1: Blank

Notes 2: VO is satisfied with our relationship. conditional passed (as our relationship is less then two years and we have no child in common)
Any idea till when my hubby will get PPR?

Hi Bublo Ksa,

At the time your GCMS were generated your paper file was put away but only for a very short time someone might have pulled it back into the process. Request another set if you want and it will not cause any trouble at all. Also your file is at the end you're in the 90 days countdown to the day your visa will be issued. Your security is done and protected. Congrats you are nearing to the end of your PR process.

Hi eagle!


I am so stressed with my husband’s situation...can you help me a little bit please? this is what i see on his new notes now. My husband’s document i saying Review Required- and the paper location is fc hd-4-5-6... and in his notes, they did add the emails that I have advised them about my husband’s nephews and niece, but apart from that, I don’t see any changes at all. It’s so frustrating! :-\

I just received my 2nd GCMS notes this morning
the same like last time except one new note
the notes describe what was written in my application and questionnaire ( case analysis ) regarding my marriage , how and when we started know each other , when marriage happened , who proposed and where and when indicating that photos and documents attached ,, at the end said pls for your decision ??

this note dated Dec 4th and we got the interview on Dec 22nd
no updates after Dec 4th ,,,

in the interview my wife's been asked the same questions in the notes and answered the same answers

can you shed some lights on our situation, why eligibility ,security and criminality still not started although we asked for the interview ??

Do you think ordering too much notes will affect on our application processing time or gives bad impression on us ??

Your husband's file needs a deep fresh look by the lead officer at the embassy. His visa office seems to experiencing a heavy backlog and his file is in queue for that officer review. That is I can see right now. I know it's been 2 months since we exchanged about his application. Wait and see how January will end then request another GCMS notes.

It is very simple to understand why you could not see any change from those because of the dates. If I were I would ordered the again around January 20th because these days CIC seems to generate GCMS notes between 5-6 working days which means people need to wait a little bit before they request their notes. In your case you might not find a big chunk of information on your next notes since it was requested much earlier. Go on page 1 of this thread you will see the reason why security and criminality says not started.

gcms will not effect ur file, but it looks like useless to order again and again. Just give more time to go to update ur file.
