GCKey Login Issue

Folks,

When I login to CIC website to access my TRV application, I am getting the following error inspite of providing the correct user name and password.

• Error 1: Username may be missing, invalid or incomplete.
• Error 2: Password may be missing, invalid or incomplete.

Before the login page, there was a mention like below:
"A recent cyberattack has affected a small number of IRCC accounts accessed through GCKey. We locked these accounts to protect them from unauthorized access. We sent an email to affected users to explain what to do next. "

But I did not get any email as of today. Could you please let me know if there is an email or phone no to contact CIC in regards to GCKey login issue? Or any other solution for this please. Many Thanks!

Is anybody facing issues with ircc account? I can login but after I hit on check full status of application it ends up with bad error.

Yes Im facing the same issue, account Locked.
Wait 24 hours and then again it says username pssword invalid. And after 5 attempts, it has now locked my gckey for the 3rd time for 24 hours.. no clue what to do.

April 15th and 16th. and 17th I tried to log multiples times. Either it goes back to home page or it goes straight to the Error 403, "your login session is either invalid or has expired" or i can access my account for a few clicks before getting back to the "your login session is either invalid or has expired" any one have idea how solve the problame

Same here, it never happened before
I’m using iphone
But it works when I’m using another device

try use another device
