if it's taking a month before "RECEIVED BY VISA OFFICE" change to "IN PROCESS"
then it's still a long wait for me...

add up the number of days from "IN PROCESS" to "MEDICAL REQUEST"

it's taking longer than the usual... lucky for those guys who processed earlier...
it's more ideal than now. anyway, let's just wait...

i know it will come soon...

My status had changed to 'Visa Office Eligibility Review Complete' on Tuesday and I received a rejection letter on Wednesday.

Will re-apply.

It was rejected at CHC ND. NOC 0213.

sorry to hear shareit that you got rejected.
chc is very particular about all the documents which they need.
we cannot skip anything.....
If we skip anything then we have to write a detailed description about the same but that makes our case vulnarable and its upto the Visa Officer to decide whether to approve/decline it.
very sad for your buddy.
but i want to tell you one thing mate....don't loose hope and what you need is to re-apply and provide with all the required documents.
Also never ever i mean never ever keep the immigration thing as a secret with your employer....coz chc will do background check for which they will communicate with ur employer.
So its upto you how u disclose this with ur employer...but do disclose it as you will loose in a later stage.
