Hello! We sent our full docs last feb 15 and the AOR that we received from london was dated feb 22. The file number that we received only contained the letter "B" at the start followed by 9 numbers. Didn't see any PCL or SW in our file number which made me wonder if all AOR received from visa office has PCL or SW at the end.

Status changed to Received by the Visa Office. It also says that the docs are pending review.

Does anybody know how long it would take before the visa office contacts me?

Can we send the full application without PCC to Visa office and will send the PCC when we get it
Lets say
I sent initial application to CIO, 2/17/2010
I assume if I get the AOR by 4/17/2010. can I sent the full application to local visa office without PCC next day? I will send the PCC when i get it.
I think this way time of processing can be saved.

Any thoughts...
