Well, yes, they wrote that I will be getting a refund of the application/processing fees. This is because my case was sent back before it went to 'In Process'.

This also highlights one difference: It is a "return" and not a "rejection".

The letter says that "...thus, I am not satisfied that you fall under 0213....we will initiate a fee refund process..."

as opposed to "....thus, your application is being rejected..."

A consultant pointed out this minor difference.

Note: Yes, I am gonna ask my employer to provide me a ref letter. If they do, only then will I send my re-application to CIO.

Does receiving of Medical indicates that all checks have done and u have atleast 67 points. Is there any chances of rejection

i lived abroad [studied] for about 8-9yrs.my wife is foreigner and my daughter is not citizen of india [by birth].how these things will affect my case under fast-track.[regarding background checks ,prolongation of time to get all checks]. ::).need pinion.
