May be they are delaying the process so that a portion of qualified applicants eventually can't land in 2011. Hence, their target for 2011 will not exceed. I am not sure but this just my idea.

Hello everyone, Good day!

Last Feb 15, my status was In process but after i click the link, the statements were the same as when it was RBVO , but today I checked my ecas and Thank God, Now I see that statement " Your application was reviewed and We started processing your application on March 5, 2011...."

can you please tell me, with your 2nd file number did they ask any thing, additional docs, or medical, or anything. what they mentioned in that letter/e-mail with 2nd file number.

Today my status changed to 'In Process', but inside the details are same as 'RBVO'. I wonder whether it is a genuine change Roll Eyes and if so,
when will the message "...We started processing..." appear?

It's Tuesday and nothing....I sent them last Saturday another inquiry about my case, they haven't answered me yet. There are 27 weeks since I sent the full application to Buffalo, and I still haven't received my AOR although my ECAS shows IN PROCESS, but I don't think it's the real status of my application. :'(

Hope they changeover of the system is smooth today , so from next tuesday everyone of us would get the desired ecase change ;D

Wait for about 1-2 months.
Its happening with us too. Its almost a month with IN PROCESS. still no change or any message like "we started processing ...".

@fireworks Yes, I guess I will have to keep on waiting for the next status change, anyway waiting is something I have got used to by now in this entire immi. process. : Anyway, I heard they only put 'sure-shot' apps in the 'In process' stage, so are we confident that there is a strong possibility of getting the visa?

I didn't received any medical yet. I am still waiting.

But as per my knowledge they mostly send MR in regular mail.
