Hi,

You must send your all documents at once otherwise if they open your application before getting your PCC they will return your file. You can only send the docs in a situation where your 120 days are ending soon and you know FBI will take time in this case you can send your docs with an explanation why you havent send FBI PCC and then its upto the visa officer to accept your application without PCC or not.

Thnxx for ur help .....I m pursuing my application wid d help of an agency and they r insisting on sending d documents widout d fbi PCC rite now ...so I was confused as to wat is d rite procedure ...coz I rather getting a bit delayed than d application being returned ....do u have any idea about d FBI PCC procedure ....coz i have my finger prints wid me and want to send it to d fbi but they r asking for a return mail as in a prepaid envelope ..i have no clue about it ..asked at d Indian post office and they said they had nothing for a n international prepaid return envelope ...........confused on it ..Plzz help

Hi Pippin,

To send docs to CIO its says send the documents which are required my visa office as well and PCC comes in visa office check list this is my understanding.

Hi,

I dont know from where you can get the prepaid envelope in India but i am sure there will some way. The time duration for FBI PCC is 16 weeks and its too much maybe this is the reason your agency doesnt want to wait for that long and submit without it. Ask someone in the New Delhi Visa Office thread about the prepaid evelope someone will know about it.

Thanks for the update on d new rules Pippin ....coz these days rules r changing like every month ...and so i was like i dont want to be a victim of ignorance ...Thnxx once again just waiting for my IELTS results on d 3 rd september and i will be in d race too....hoping and praying for d best ......I know now it looks like long way to go ...any idea on how many months is the estimated time until we get our Passport stamped ??

According to the time processing website, Caracas is the fastest VO in the world and I come from another forum (mostly spanish) and we share times and stuff, there's some people who has gotten their visas stamped from start to finish in 8 months

There's a guy who sent to CIO March 2009, got answer early June 2009, submitted docs ending June, DOCS Request on August, Visa stamp October, landed in January 2010. It truly was incredible.

Let us hope it continues to be like this

good for them...(Before June 26,2010) Some have all docs ready even before submission to CIO, the 1st AOR comes and they submit all docs immediately to VO, processing time for them was really very short. Like they scaped the 120days hehehe. I wish my IELTS was also done ahead since it was the document that made me submit all docs almost on the end of the 120days...

Well, just happy to see more people going ahead to Canada, just don't forget about us guys...post your Landing experience. ;D ;D ;D
