Thanks for the explanation. My NOC is 2174 and lahat ng 5+ year experience ko is related sa NOC kasi I'm a programmer for the whole 5+ years.

Sabi kasi sa Min. requirements:

A) Basic eligibility
We will only process your FSW application if you have:

•at least one year of continuous and paid (full-time or an equal amount in part-time) work experience
◦in a single occupation (ang confusion ko is baka ang icocompute lang nila is kung nag-one year ba ako sa declared primary job - Analyst Programmer - which is 8 months lang kasi naisip ko sana yung may over 1 year experience nalang ang pinili ko na primary job)


So yung computation ng 1 year ay di based dun sa primary job na ni-declare ko sa form kundi ay yung NOC which is 5+ years ako?

Yes, they will loc for the NOC that you declared, check your work experience and the corresponding NOC code that you declared, if you have at least one year of work experience on that NOC, you are eligible... tapos kung ilang years ang experience mo dun sa NOC na yun, ang computation for the points sa selection factor.

Ang pagkakaintindi ko, to qualify for the program, you must have at least 1 year continuous experience in an NOC code you declared. Not necessarily number of years of experience in general.

Yung concern ko is based on all of your positions, diba pipili ka ng Primary Occupation? (sa economic class form ata yun). Ang iniisip ko is baka icompute nila yung "at least 1 year full-time work experience", sa chosen primary NOC ko na yan.

For ex.

company 1 - analyst programmer (8 months) - Ito kasi ang pinili ko na Primary Occupation among these four occupations. So di nila dito icocompute yung "at least 1 year work exp na min. reqt) right?
company 2 - software engineer (1 year)
company 3 - softwre developer (1 year)
company 4 - Junior developer (2 years)

Yes bosschips, all my 5+ years experience falls under 2174 kasi programmer ako for the whole 5+ years at di ako nag-change career and yung JD ko is related to the NOC description for the 5 + years exp.

Soft Eng - 2173 yan. so bale ang total EXP mo under 2174 is 3yrs+ magkakatalo nalang sa JobDetails mo from previous work mo kung mag fafall under 2173 or 2174.

Complicated nga pakiclarify nalang yung JD mo sa previous 4yrs exp mo.

2173?? waaah. software engineer lang yung position but sa actual JD ko is pang computer programmer talaga like Java developer/ .Net Developer/ Oracle Developer.

Ibang case naman ito, hala nanganganak ang concern ko hehehehe. Yung main concern ko is yung counting of 1 year work experience sa Minimum eligibility criteria hehe

if the cic rules e evaluating it per NOC not per detail nothing to worry.
Kasi ako parang i split the 1111 to financial auditor and accountant.. kaya lagi ang description ko lang is accountant. kasi i dont have experience as auditor.
Im always in the safe side kasi.
