No need to include yung mga forms na not applicable sa app mo
naka unchecked naman sa checklist mo kaya hindi na hahanapin.

Sa police clearance, Kung 6 months or more ka nanjan...yes! Need mo. Also, need din ng police clearance ng spouse mo and children 18 years and above. However, Kung ang police clearance ang makakapag-delay sa pag submit mo ng application, pwede naman later mo na i-submit.

KitsuneDream, is there a way that i can clarify what the statement in my eca report means? if there is really a chance that I can validly claim for 25 points? just want to know before filing my app coz should i get only 23 points, i will be short of 1 point to qualify for the fsw (67 points). At least as early as now I can find ways to have additional points... like letting my husband take ielts exam....

I think 25 points kasi May nakalagay naman na "earned doctorate PHD" kaso may nakalagay din na "May in some instances"... So Depende na yun talaga sa evaluator.

Pero to be sure, Kuha nlng ng IELTS ang asawa mo... Ok na yung sobra kesa kulang...

Hi, baka mayron po pwede magclarify nito. Pano po ba nila kinocompute yung work experience like for example po yung work ko for the past 10 years e hindi po sya sa isang company pero lahat po naman related sa NOC (NOC ABCD) na inapplyan ko. Mameet ko po ba yung 6 years experience kung ganito yung work history ko. Thanks in advance

May 2012 - until present - Company F NOC ABCD
May 2010 - May 2012 - Company E NOC ABCD
May 2010 - June 2008 - Company D NOC ABCD
Sept 2007 - June 2008 - Company C NOC ABCD
April 2006 - Feb 2007 - Company B didnt include in IMM0008 Not related to NOC but submitted docs for reference to Personal History
Jan 2004 - Dec 2005 - Company A NOC ABCD

Thanks po sa reply. Dun sa work exp Dumas maganda na I apply nalang ung mas marami kang experience na NOC? kaso diko sure kung bibigyan ako ng employer ko ng Coe kasi I'm still currently working pa sa kanila. Pero sana makakuha ako Lord willing.

As for the work experience..

Check mo muna yung 50 eligible NOCs Kung saan ka papasok..
Kung more than 1 NOC ka qualified, try to weigh the following factors:
1. Saan ba mas mahaba ang experience? ( more experience = more points)
2. How fit ang job description mo vs. dun sa nakalagay na job description sa NOC website
3. Makakuha ka ba ng letter of reference with job description from your employer? May mga employers kasi na generic COE lang ang binibigay
4. Gaano ka hot na ng NOC na aapplyan mo? (If you have enough points naman, I would rather go with NOC na Konti lang ang points pero mas May chance na makakahabol sa level cap kesa dun sa malaki nga ang points mo, ibabalik naman ang application kasi level cap na)

Or Kung afford mo naman... You may apply in more than 1 NOC. Parang raffle lang, "the more entries you send; the more chances of winning", yun nga lang, you have to pay separate fee for that and produce separate complete application per NOC na aapplyan mo.
