Anybody know where I can get 35*45 mm photo(soft copy) taken in Seattle area?
I live in Seattle and got my photos taken at Walgreen's. The one at 3rd & Pike in downtown has a very good photo person on staff who does a lot of the Canadian photos, but any staff person there should be able to get the right dimensions because they have a guide that tells them what the Canadian specs are. Note also that the photo specs for PPR/visa photos are slightly different from the digital photo specs uploaded to your e-APR; the Walgreen's Canadian photo specs are for the PPR/visa photos.

Wallgreens photo machines that they use for both normal photos and Passport photo have multiple options for passport photo size. When you go ask the photo person for the "Canadian size" if they know what they are doing they can choose that option, if not ask to speak to someone else. DONE LET THEM PUT YOU OFF. IT EXISTS!
Yeah I know it exists and they charge you about $10 per photo. You can get 4 or more pictures in 20 cents following the steps I listed above.

Not everyone wants to wait for them to get shipped for has the ability to print photos at home.

The suggestion was to help you resizing the picture and not for ordering prints. If you had visited the website, it'd be obvious that you can't order prints :) Good luck!

Hey guys , did anyone here try sending their passports via USPS? If it was FedEx or UPS , how much did it come to with the return label and envelope included?

I do not think USPS have a 'return service' from Canada. Even if USPS had, i wouldn't risk sending the passports through them.
I used FedEx, for the onward shipment that charged around $45.

Like @tomie0987, I also used FedEx, costing about $45 USD to send to Ottawa via "International Priority" = delivery in 1-2 business days. They were a little confused about how to do the return label but finally ended up creating an account for me with FedEx, then had me manually fill out the return label with my account number in the "Bill to: Recipient" field... I will get charged for the return delivery once it is sent (will probably cost about the same as to send to Ottawa).

Is it mandatory to upload the back of the picture with e-APR. Walgreens gave me jpeg files of the photos which I uploaded directly. I have already submitted my application. Do I need to scan the back of the photo and send it with CSE?

No, the back of the picture is not required for the digital photo you include with your e-APR.

I think you don't have to worry about that when everything else is fine. They will anyways ask you to submit photographs in PPR. So just relax :)

Thank you!

I did not do ECA for my spouse. in my e-APR, when I answered 'No' to education as I had moved the information to personal history section. It did not provide me with an option to upload educational documents and IELTS score. So I went back and said yes to education but no to ECA, this gave me the option back and I uploaded the IELTS scorecard, her degree and marksheets.

My question is if it is ok to provide spouse educational details in the Spouse education even though I did not do ECA for her and not claiming points for her education. I uploaded it in 'spouse education' slot of document upload page.
