Dear All,

I have applied for Federal Skill Worker at CIO, CANADA in Aug-2009. My fee was returned after 3 months but I didn't receive any letter to explain why my fees has been returned ?? I only received DD of 1100$ and not able to understand what happened with my application ? Plz anyone suggest me how to query further for the actual reason of rejection ?? I want to apply again ASAP.

may be ur draft was not able to cash.......may be its not of given amount...

1. Check you email spam box to see if there is a refusal there.
2. Contact CIO Sydney, it is quite probable that the application was refused, and you never received the refusal letter.

I am checking my mail regularly but didn't see any mail and also I have sent a fax to them about my inquiry but no reply :o

try to contact your visa office and explain them the situation

i think they will inquire from CIO about your rejection
